How long the product will take to reach you? 

In the current situation, it is taking around 5 to 6 days to get delivered to our customers.

What should I do if my product is not delivered even after 5 to 6 days?

If you have not received your order even after 6 days, kindly write to us immediately at support@cosmoracle.com so that we can escalate the issue with our shipping team and expedite the delivery. 

If you are canceling your order, haven’t got it delivered post the given time frame (*conditions apply ) or the order is lost, you would be eligible for the refund of the order amount.
